Infrequently, supply or season may make it necessary for a particular element of the arrangement to be substituted with items of comparable or better quality and appearance. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us - we always work to satisfy your every need.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. If your desired delivery address does not populate when you input it in our system then please call our storefront to discuss if we can accommodate your delivery request. We may not deliver to this area or will need to charge a higher delivery fee. We will most likely offer you in store pickup at either our Watchung or Bridgewater location.
2. Same day delivery most likely will not be available for orders placed after 3pm on that day. Please call to confirm your order
3. Expedited same day delivery is a higher rate
4. Please make sure that you fill out the billing address and shipping address with the proper and correct addresses. The shipping address should only be the recipient's address and the billing address should only be where the consumer resides.
5. Orders that are placed the night before and requested as AM deliveries for the next morning will not be guaranteed for AM but will most likely be placed with PM deliveries that day.
6. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests during high demand holidays
